"Before this year I was fortunate enough to have never needed to put my insurance to work, but after a minor fender bender turned into much more of an issue than expected, Cole T. became our saving grace. He walked us through step by step on what to do, what to expect, and how the process looked moving forward. But instead of stopping there, he checked in often and was happy to help while we transitioned from one car to another which can be a scary due to the unknown finances that come with that. This is definitely the type of person, and people, everyone deserves to work with! Very happy we decided to go with them a few years ago, and don’t plan on changing anytime soon!"

"Terrible insurance company do not use this company we have just been hit with $1,000 payment they said we were 3 months behind that is all they would tell us we can prove we've made every payment for the last 7 years. They will not even try to resolve it we have not missed a single payment. We were told there was nothing they could do the computer says we owe the money so we have to pay the money. This is not the first time they have done this the last time they raised our bill to $450 saidvthey didn't charge us for the Buick for a couple of months so now they had to just stack it on for the next 3 months doesn't make sense to me if we were uninsured for those 3 months why would we need to pay for it we will be switching insurance but please do not give them your money. It would be one thing if we actually owed the money but we don't"
